Unload reads the headers of your Gmail, groups everything by sender, and works out which ones are safe to clear. Your receipts, bookings and statements stay exactly where they are.
Unsubscribing and deleting are not the same decision
Most inbox tools give you one button that does both. That is why people are afraid to press it. A bank sends you loan offers and your card statements. A food delivery app buries order invoices inside months of discount codes. Unload judges the two separately.

Not every sender has an unsubscribe link
Roughly a third of bulk mail carries no List-Unsubscribe
header, so one-click unsubscribe simply does not work on it. Unload creates a
Gmail filter for those senders instead, which works regardless of whether the
sender cooperates.
Your email is never stored
Unload reads message headers, never the contents of your emails. Nothing from your mailbox is written to a database or kept on a server after a request finishes. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is read and where it goes.
